NINGBO FASTENER FACTORY was founded in 1984 which is a professional manufacturer of high-strength fastener products. It covers an area of 16000 square meters with total assets of 70 million RMB, the annual capacity more than 20000 tons.
Our main production series are screws and bolts, including standard of ANSI & DIN & BS & ISO. For inch products that the diameter range is from 1/4" to 2", the grade has 2 & 5 & 8 etc. And the diameter range of metric products is from M6 to M50, the class is 4.8 & 6.8 & 8.8 & 10.9 etc. Surface treatment are including black, zinc plated, hot DIP galvanized, mechanical zinc plated, phosphated etc.
The products are mainly applied to mechanical equipments, architectural steel structures, the project of bridges and roads, wind power, and modern automotive industry.
The factory possesses 60 sets of multi-stage cold headers, 3 sets of continuous carburizing quenching furnaces and many other auxiliary equiments. The inspection equipments include tensile strength tester, carbon&sulfur analyzer, rockwell and vicker hardness tester, metallographic analyzer etc.
All of these machines and our trained staff make NINGBO FASTENER FACTORY have a good quality control in every process. In 2004, NINGBO FASTENER FACTORY built NINGBO YUNHAO FASTENER MANUFACTURING Co., Ltd as its branch successfully which extended its capability a lot.
