NERO started manufacturing centrifugal pumps in 1967 and it grew to the ability of satisfying all needs of the sector by producing butterfly valves, metal and resilient seated gate valves, tilting, flap and nozzle type check valves, venting devices, dismantling joints, fire hydrants, ductile pipes and fittings. The ductile cast iron pipe manufacturing plant which has entered into service within NERO in 2002 to be the first in China.
We can supply complete package of pipe, butt weld fittings, forged fittings, olets, flanges, valves and studbolts in many different steel grades. Such as Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel. Alloy Steel, Duplex and super duplex.
We offer professional management of small and large scale projects, short lead times, on time delivery and the most important good quality products.
Apart from offering standard products, we can offer special pieces according to customer drawing whatever requirement is for pipe, fittings or Flanges
Quality control at all necessary steps of the production cycle from raw material acquisition to product distribution is done by ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system certified by BV. All products are subject to hydrostatic tests. NERO′s test stand′s capacity is up to 8.000 kw, which is the largest capacity in China.
NERO is adding another new plant to its production facilities, it is taking a place in SHANGHAI′s Organized Industrial Zone.
