Tianjin Central Warehouse is the first warehouse of Simflex which located in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park of Binhai New Area. It undertakes the storage and transportation of goods with Jiangsu Qidong Branch Warehouse in China. There are more than 10, 000 kinds of goods in stock. They are from manufacturer of the United States, Germany, Japan, Korea, Italy, Denmark. There are six staff who follow the ISO9001 quality system management requirements strictly. They have strict inspection procedures for the goods and ensure that every customer order is after the inspection, sorting, review, standard of outbound packing process and so on. Make sure that each goods can be accurate, safe, fast, to send to the hands of customers.
The inspection include the appearance of the spring, the size of the spring (material diameter, free height, outer diameter, total number of turns, tip clearance and thickness, pitch uniformity, pressure and height, Grinding surface, verticality, end face execution, straightness), spring characteristic detection, permanent deformation detection, spring hardness, metallographic structure (spring decarburization layer, grain size, non-metallic inclusions), spring spray Pill quality inspection, non-destructive testing of springs, fatigue life testing of springs.
