Q1 : Can I get a sample?
A: Yes, we can provide free samples for stock items. You just need to pay shipping charge; If it is a custom item, there may be mould charge occured.

Q2 : How long for production?
A: We have many sizes of stock, we can ship out in 3-10 days for stock items.

Q3 : What is your payment term?
A: Payment term is usually 30% TT in advance, 70% by copy B/L.

Q4 : Do you have QC ?
A: Yes, we have QC team who will inspect raw material, every process during production, goods measurement and mechanical property, testing result will be filled in computer;

Q5 : Is the test report traceable?
A: Yes, test report for each batch is filled in computer with detailed record, we can get it out at any time.

Q6 : Are you manufacturer or Trader?
A: We are a manufacturer.
