Welded Eye Screws / Lag Screw Eyes
 

Welded Eye Screw 12mm x 230mm  (or Lag Screw Eyes)  are fastening points that anchor a run of  wire into a post. Choose a shorter Lag Eye Screw for attachment into either pine or hardwood.  There is more than enough bite. And you avoid the possibility of torquing off a longer screw into hard timber.  Choosing a longer length of Welded Lag Eye Screws is only appropriate if you want the 'eye' to protrude (visibly) from your attachment post. The eye on the Welded Eye Screw 12mm x 230mm is much larger than the Mini Eye Screws and is specifically formed to both work with either a manually  or a hydraulically swaged jaw end on the wire run - and to replicate the look of a Welded Eye Bolt (for metal)
