1. After you place the order from us, we need to perpare the raw material first.
2. The first process is to make the diameter you ordered through the wire making machine.
3. Nail making process need to make the Length of the nails you ordered.
4. Get the common nails, need to wash them make them be bright.
5. If you need smooth shank, this process is not necessary, it is for screw shanks and ring shanks.
6. After the shank process, we start to make the nails be in roll, make them be coil nails.
7. We put the coil nails in a Vinyl coated pool to make them yellow color, this process can make nails avoid rust.
8. Normally we package them in a kraft cartons, the carton can be customized with your logo and your design. Packaging&Shipping
Coil Nails loose loaded in 20GP container
We can loose load the cartons of nails into 20GP containers. Usually the load capacity ranges from 1000 cartons to 1500 cartons, varying from different dimensions. This way, the maximum use of the container space can be achieved.
Packed on pallets loaded in 20GP container
40 boxes packed on a pallet, 24 pallets in a 20GP container. We use plywood pallets or fumigated wooden pallets to pack the coil nails, and thick steel wire to prevent the pallets shifting in the container. This way, it is convenient to load and unload the pallets by using forklifts.

A. For a 20 feet container, normally 37 days( 7days make the carton and design, 25 days production, 5 days to order the shipment) after getting your deposit.
For small orders, if we have them in stock, will send as soon as possible, if we donnot have in stock, will need 15 days to produce.
