Q1: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before shipment. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. Acceptable currency is USD or RMB.

Q2: What is your terms of delivery?
A: FOB Shanghai or Ningbo, or EXW.

Q3. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it takes 30 days after prepayment collected and sample confirmation. The specific delivery time depends on the item and the quantity of your order.

Q4: Do you export your item by yourself or you're exporting by other trade companies?
A: By ourself.

Q5: Can you produce according to the samples?
A: We can produce by your original samples or technical drawings.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can offer FREE sample if we have them in stock, if you can pay the freight charge. If customized samples, only material, mould, and freight cost are charged, labor cost is free for you.

Q7: When I asked any inquriy to you I'll ask technical drawing in the same time are you going to share with me?
A: If we have the technical drawing of your inquired product, we are very glad to share it with you.
