Q1. What about your company?
A: We're a trading company and also have our own factory with professional team, we will try our best to satisfy your requirements.

Q2. When can I get the price?
A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

Q3. Can I have a sample for it?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.

Q4. How to proceed an order for it?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application. Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order. Fourthly We arrange the production.

Q5. What about the delivery time?
A: Normally the delivery time is around 45 days after payment.

Q6. What is your payment term?
A: 30% deposit and the balance should be paid before delivery. But for small amount order, we also have paypal account.

Q7. Is it Ok for OEM?
A: Yes. OEM is acceptable to us. We can produce according to your drawings.
